CONT

La méthode Czochralski est la méthode la plus couramment utilisée pour l'obtention des lingots de silicium monocristallin. Le silicium est fondu dans un creuset en quartz. Le creuset est en rotation de même que l'axe porte germe. La croissance mettant en contact avec ce bain un germe de silicium monocristallin de faible diamètre. Le silicium du bain fondu se solidifie sur le germe qui est ensuite lentement remonté.
